When you sign in using Google or create an account, we may collect:

Authentication is handled via Firebase Authentication.

1.2 Business Data (Stored Locally)

Quickro POS is an offline-first application. Your business data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This includes:

  • Products and inventory
  • Orders and sales transactions
  • Customers and suppliers
  • Financial records (ledger, expenses)
  • Store settings

We do not automatically upload this data to our servers.

1.3 Backup Data (Google Drive)

If you enable backup:

  • Your database file may be uploaded to your Google Drive account
  • We do not access, read, or store this data on our servers
  • Backup and restore actions are initiated by you

1.4 Device Information

We may collect limited technical information:

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • App version

This is used for debugging and improving performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the POS system
  • Authenticate users
  • Enable backup and restore functionality

  • All business data is stored locally on your device
  • Passwords are securely hashed before storage

  • Local data remains on your device until you delete it

  • You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app
